The 30-Day Idea Build Sprint
Launch Your
Bold Idea in
the Next 30 Days
A private idea building experience to develop and launch one meaningful first version - with DeAnna McIntosh building alongside you.
For when you're building something entirely new, or a new possibility inside the business you already have.

A NOTE from me
If you're here, there's a good chance you've been sitting on an idea that really matters to you.
You've done the endless brainstorming, the late-night Google searches, and probably saved more screenshots than you can even find in your phone.
The challenge for you was never coming up with the idea. It's that you needed someone beside you to help turn it into something tangible.
Or maybe you already have a business and there’s a new offer, experience or opportunity you've been thinking about heavy, but your team’s time is already spoken for and there's no bandwidth to squeeze anything else onto their plates.
That's exactly why I built this 30-Day Idea Build Sprint.
A course can teach you a framework, but it can't tell you what to do when your idea doesn't fit the template. Consulting can give you a strategy and Coaching can talk you through the big decisions, but they stop short of the actual building - the emails, the landing pages, the pricing, the pieces that turn "someday" into an actual thing. Consulting can
So, for the next 30 days, we're not just talking about your idea. We're building it - together, and specific to what you're envisioning, until there's a first real version of it out in the world.
It won't be the biggest or final version of your idea. It's the first version that's most realistic and aligned with the season of life you're in now, and the resources and capacity you currently have.
If there's one thing for you to keep in mind as you scroll the details of our sprint, it's this:
That idea in your head isn't the impact. What you shape, build, and put into the world is.
I'm excited to build yours with you.
To the build ahead,

What could we launch together?
Here are a few things:
A new business you’re ready to bring into the world.
Turn what you want to do into a first offer people can buy - with clear pricing, a way to reach your first customers, and the practical pieces to start serving them.
A live experience people can book.
Define what happens before, during and after the visit, create the booking page and open the first available appointments.
A workshop series built around something you know.
Map the first session, prepare the agreed materials and open paid registration with a clear description of what participants will experience.
A new service or product inside your existing business.
Develop a focused pilot offer, set its price and delivery boundaries, and invite your customers to try it.
A community program ready for its first participants.
Develop the pilot’s structure, prepare the invitation and enrollment process, and open registration for the first group.
There are just one of the many things we could launch together. I'd love to hear about yours.
Your Idea Build Sprint
This Sprint is designed to turn the first version of your idea into something clear, functional, and ready to launch.
Using the Idea to Asset™ model, we’ll define the concept, design the first offer and journey around it, then build the pieces needed to introduce it to the world.
This is not a hand-it-over-and-disappear project.
We’ll build side by side, make decisions together, divide the work in the way that makes the most sense, and keep moving until the first version is ready to go live.

Where can I start? DeAnna and her team are incredible. They are responsive, kind, knowledgeable. They worked with me through my indecision. This was my first re-brand and at many points, I didn't know what I wanted or how to communicate it. This may sound strange but I believe they saw my brand clearer than I did. I am beyond happy with my website and brand guide (initially I didn't even know what that was lol!) but even more so with the experience. I feel so good about everything. Truly grateful I invested!

WEEK 2

What we’ll create:
- One fully developed vehicle
- Its core components
- Delivery structure
- Pricing or participation details, when applicable
How people move through the experience from beginning to end.
We’ll map what happens from the moment they say yes through delivery, completion, and the outcome you want them to experience.
What we’ll create:
- A complete customer, client, or participant journey
- Key touchpoints and steps
- The intended experience and outcome
WEEKS 3 - 4
Phase 3 | Build
Build and launch the first version.
How your idea shows up in the world.
We'll build the primary destination people visit to understand and engage with your idea.
What we’ll create:
- One primary digital destination, such as a landing page, sales page, or mini website
- The core messaging and information needed for people to understand the idea
- A clear path for them to take the next step
How the right people discover your idea and know what to do next.
We’ll create one focused way to introduce the idea, communicate its value, and invite people to take the next step.
What we’ll create:
- One focused visibility or launch approach
- The key messaging used to introduce the idea
- A clear call to action and response pathway
How everything works together behind the scenes.
We'll connect the essential workflows, tools, and processes needed to deliver the experience.
What we’ll create:
- The essential workflow needed to support inquiries, onboarding, delivery, or follow-up
- The tools and processes required to keep the experience connected
- A simple tracking system for people, progress, and next steps
How you keep the idea moving after launch.
We'll establish a simple operating rhythm, so you know what to focus on each week, how you'll measure progress, and what comes next after the first version is live.
What we’ll create:
- A clear weekly operating rhythm
- The priorities and actions to focus on after launch
- Simple success measures
At the end of the Sprint, you’ll receive access to everything we created, along with a clear plan for continuing the work after our four weeks together.
If you'd like to continue working together after your sprint, we will kick off an ongoing partnership to refine, grow, and build on what we launched during your Sprint.
Here's a sneak peek into a sprint workspace for a current client:

“Having DeAnna work on your next project is an excellent investment and you will not regret it.
DeAnna conceptualized and brought to life one of the most beautiful events I've ever seen. She is truly talented and detailed oriented in every definition of the word. She's meticulous to a fault; making sure every single obstacle that may arise has an effective solution. Aside from having a keen fashion sense and strong marketing and analytical skills, DeAnna is extremely personable and a pleasure to work with. She demonstrates a great deal of professionalism, empathy, and creativity."

Working Together
Getting Started
Once your proposal is signed and your invoice is paid, I’ll get everything set up for your Sprint to begin on the next available Monday.
- Your Sprint workspace will be created, including your project tracker, shared documents, and file organization.
- Your kickoff session will be scheduled before your sprint start date. During this session, we’ll get you familiar with your Sprint workspace, confirm the priorities and scope for your first version, assign ownership across the build, review any launch tools or expenses we may need, answer remaining questions, confirm all four working-session dates, and make sure everything is ready for Week 1.
- Your Sprint plan will be finalized so we both have a clear view of what we’re building and what needs to happen first.
Throughout the Sprint, We’ll Stay Connected Through:
01 —
Weekly, 90-minute live working Sessions
02 —
Ongoing asynchronous collaboration between sessions
03 —
Shared workspace for files, notes, and progress tracking
04 —
Direct access to me throughout the engagement
To Keep the Sprint Moving
Because this is a collaborative build, timely communication, access to the information we need, and completion of any agreed-upon tasks will help us maintain momentum and stay within the planned timeline.
How We Build
One of the things that makes this Idea Build Sprint unique is that we don't just plan the work. We build it.
Depending on your idea and your preferences, I can build many of the components your idea may need myself, we'll build others together, and there may be pieces that are better suited for a specialist if they require expertise beyond the scope of the Sprint.
During onboarding, we’ll confirm the specific pieces we’re building during your Sprint based on your idea, priorities, and four-week timeline.

Third-Party Costs
All third-party costs are paid directly by you and are not included in the Sprint investment.
Whenever possible, we’ll use free versions of tools to keep additional expenses low. Depending on what we’re building, you may need to purchase a website or landing-page platform, domain, web hosting, website template, software subscription, integration, advertising, printing, or another outside service.
In some cases, such as launching an event through Eventbrite or using another platform that can host the experience directly, a separate website or landing-page platform may not be necessary.
When a dedicated website or landing page is needed, you may use the platform of your choice, though I typically recommend Showit, Webflow, or Squarespace. Any required third-party tools or costs will be identified during the Sprint and purchased directly by you.
Estimate the Cost of Building It Yourself
See what building your idea on your own could really ask of your time. Click "show calculator" to adjust the numbers below to reflect what’s realistic for you.
And that’s just the time it takes to build it, before accounting for the research, second-guessing, rewrites, and figuring-things-out-along-the-way that can quietly stretch the process.
And that's if you built every piece yourself - no web designer, no graphic designer, no systems designer, no business coach, no marketing strategist.
The Idea Build Sprint starts at $2,800.
For four weeks, we build the first version together, so you’re not left trying to piece every part of it together on your own.
Let's talk about what we can launch together in the next 30 days.
The Idea Build Sprint is intentionally designed as a 1:1, high-touch partnership.
For the next 30 days, I'm not just handing you the roadmap and stepping back - I'm building alongside you - helping you make decisions, solve problems, and get the first real version of your idea launched into the world.
Let's start with a conversation.
We'll talk through your idea, where you are today, what you'd like to launch in the next 30 days. I’ll also share more about my background, the expertise I bring, and how it could apply to the specific idea you want to build.
Together, we’ll determine whether the Idea Build Sprint feels like the right partnership for both of us.
Because I'm actively building alongside each person during their Sprint, I can only take on a limited number at a time. On our call, I'll let you know the soonest date we can start your sprint.

FAQ
A few things you may be wondering:
Yes! A new service, customer experience, program, or offer is a great fit for a sprint. We'll focus on one real launch, building on what's already working in your business, not starting from scratch.
No. I've built across retail, hospitality, tech, community programs, personal brands, and more. The category doesn't matter. On our call, we explore the first version worth building together.
No. A lot of clients are actually launching the first version of a new business through their sprint. Bring a project, a workshop, a community idea, a resource, anything you want to create for the first time.
No. Bring it in whatever form you have it in right now. Our first conversation is where we figure out if your idea is ready for us to build, and you'll get clarity in the process.
Yes! We'll agree upfront on who's doing which work, and who has final say in approvals. If you're looking for something wider, like a team-wide workshop, that would have to be quoted separately.
Yes! I'll look at what you're already using and adapt it wherever it serves the launch.
One agreed first meaningful version of your idea with a specific launch milestone and manageable moving parts. We will talk through what your 30 days could look like on our call!
A manufactured product, a full custom app, or a complex venue opening usually needs more than 30 days. A landing page for one of those isn't the same as the product or place actually launching. I'll always be upfront about what we can, and can't, finish together in a month.
I'll bring up any known needs before you commit. Specialist work and fees are either built into your sprint investment upfront or quoted separately. If something unexpected comes up mid-Sprint, we'll decide together whether to adjust the first version, add budget, or plan it for a later phase. Nothing gets added to your invoice, or your workload, without you knowing first.
Plan for a one-hour kick-off call, four 90-minute working sessions, plus whatever asynchronous between-session work will be needed throughout the 30days together. Your part might include decisions, feedback, content, access, or getting things ready for delivery.
The Guided Sprint is where I guide and you build. The Build Sprint is where I build alongside you, taking ownership of specific pieces we agree on together upfront. It's not me doing every task for you, and it's not a program where you're handed advice and left to figure out the build on your own. It's real, shared work.
No. If you already have an idea you're ready to build, you can come straight into the Sprint. The Think-Through and the Vision Immersion Day are their own separate experiences, not prerequisites. We'll start with a conversation, then agree on your customized Sprint plan and investment before anything's signed or invoiced.
Tell me where you're at on the call. If choosing a direction is actually the work you need to do first, a Vision Immersion Day gives us dedicated space to explore the possibilities and start your personal opportunities pipeline. If we can already agree on a realistic first version, you can move straight into the Sprint.
If you'd like to continue working together after your sprint, we will kick off an ongoing partnership to refine, grow, and build on what we launched during your Sprint.
